You have spent years tuning into yourself. Across three free live mornings, we’ll practise the part that is hardest to do alone: trusting in what you need, finding the words to share it, and staying true to yourself as you share it with the people who matter.
Tuesday 20 to Thursday 22 October 2026, 11am to 12.30pm UK.
Free and live online inside The Well, our free community, with replays available there.
Perhaps you’ve spent years getting to know yourself through yoga, meditation, therapy, coaching or time in nature. You recognise your patterns and you listen more closely to your body. On the mat or out walking, you often know exactly what you want.
Then you go to say it. You want your partner to love you the way you desperately want to be loved. Your mum triggers you again and you say nothing, wishing she would finally understand and accept you. Your sister blames you. You still feel your boss doesn’t value the work you do. Afterwards you replay the conversation, wishing you had said what was really on your heart.
You rest, and the exhaustion is still there.
You know about boundaries, and you still hate disappointing people.
You want support, and you end up doing it all yourself anyway.
You give easily and find it much harder to receive.
You understand the pattern, and still find yourself living it.
That is what we’re gathering around the fire to do.
There is something about sitting round a fire with other women. The pace slows, the conversation deepens, and things you rarely say out loud find their way to the surface. As Samhain approaches, we’ll open each morning with a prayer to the land and our ancestors and an offering to the fire, then move, breathe, reflect and talk together. You can share, or simply sit by the fire and listen.
◇ ◇ ◇

Three mornings of embodied and relational practice, held with warmth and curiosity, where you get to feel this practice for yourself.

Return to your inner knowing.
When your attention is always on what needs doing and who needs you, your own quiet knowing gets drowned out. You override the tiredness, push past the tight jaw or the knot in your stomach, and keep going. It works until it doesn’t. Then comes the exhaustion that a weekend’s rest doesn’t touch, the short fuse with the people you love, and the sense that you’ve lost track of what you actually want.
This first morning is about turning back towards yourself, listening to what your body has been asking for, and tending to it with the same care you give so freely to everyone else.
What do I notice when I give myself time to listen?
A clearer sense of what you need and want, and a simple way to come back to yourself when life pulls you away.
Meet yourself in relationship.
When you say it to yourself, you know exactly how you feel and what you want to say. Then another person is in front of you and the words won’t come. Your chest tightens and you can’t find a way to say it. So you say nothing, or you over explain, or you loose it and it comes out in a way you regret.
It isn’t that you don’t know what’s true for you. It’s that you’ve rarely had somewhere to practise saying it with another person right there. That is what the relational field is: a space where women listen to each other without judging, advising or fixing, and where what you’ve never quite managed to say out loud can finally be heard. Many women have never been listened to like this, and once you’ve felt it, you know.
Can I stay connected to myself while being connected to you?
A felt sense of what it’s like to be truly heard, and the beginnings of saying what you want without losing yourself in the moment.

Live from your centre.
Imagine feeling centred and grounded in yourself, with a deep inner knowing and trust in who you are and the path ahead. You feel lighter and more energised, more open and spacious, more accepting of yourself and others, and more connected in your relationships. You stand firmly in your own power and move with your natural flow again.
On this final morning we’ll guide you through an experience that connects three things: what you know deep in your belly, what you feel in your heart, and what you say out loud. When these line up, expressing yourself with confidence and loving boundaries stops being something you have to work at. It starts to come naturally.
What becomes possible when I embody more of myself?
A felt sense of your body, heart and words working together, and a practice you can return to whenever you want to feel centred in yourself.
You’ve done a lot of inner work, and you sense the next layer will only open up in the company of others.
You know what you want when you’re on your own, and you long to say it clearly and kindly when it really matters.
You’re tired of carrying it all yourself, and you’re ready to receive as well as give.
You value depth, honesty and taking responsibility for your own experience, and you’re hungry for exchanges that go beyond the surface.
You’d love to feel more at ease being fully yourself at home, at work and out in the world..
You don't need to arrive having figured anything out.
You simply need to be willing to come as you are.

Co founders of Women of the New Earth™
Lorna lives in southwest Scotland and spent many years in a meaningful career in education and community development, yet she felt disconnected from her own sense of purpose. Part of that disconnection came from a series of traumatic events in her early twenties, and it was yoga and meditation in her thirties that showed her how far she had disconnected from her body. She went on to complete in depth training in therapeutic yoga, specialising in digestive health and in easing the toxic load our bodies carry to restore balance and vitality. As an accredited coach, she teaches women the technologies of observation, so they can learn to listen to the wisdom of their own bodies and live more in rhythm with nature.
Katherine spent years in international advertising and documentary film, building what looked from the outside like a very full life. Through loss, grief, motherhood and seasons that asked her again and again to strip away another layer, her path led deep into yoga, yoga therapy and shamanic practice. In more than thirty years of practice, she has come to know that what she was searching for was never really out there. The deeper journey was one of returning to herself.
In the relational field, we listen without judgement, so that what we know in our hearts can finally be lived.
And what one woman finds around the fire ripples out to everyone she encounters.

RETURNING TO HERSELF
Working with Lorna and Katherine has really settled me in a way that was completely unexpected. My sense of gravity has changed from my head, all the way down to my heart.

ANOTHER WAY IN RELATIONSHIP
I notice the shift instantly when I enter this space. Sometimes I arrive nervous or tired, but when we are all together, it transforms into joy, presence and energy. I feel my heart again.

PRACTISING WHAT SHE KNOWS
I always feel safe, heard and accepted with Lorna and Katherine. Every time I spend time with them, I leave with a deeper understanding of myself and a greater sense of trust in my own path.
